As an online store, shipping is at the core of what we do. We strive to provide as much recyclable and eco friendly packaging as we can while keeping our products safe during their trip to you. Please take a look at our shipping and return policies below!
Shipping Policy
Mushroom Boxes: All mushroom subscriptions will ship out on the first Monday of the month. Accounts are billed on the Saturday before shipping (2 days prior to shipping) Shipping cost is included in the cost of membership. We will always use 2 day shipping or less. All Mushroom Boxes contain Cold packs to keep mushrooms fresh during transit.
Gourmet Goods: All Gourmet Goods orders are shipped as they are received. Garlic Salt is shipped with a cool pack. Shipping cost is not included in price of Gourmet Goods.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each box is packaged with love and care! If you are not satisfied with your delivery please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will do everything we can to make sure you are happy.
